Local Salinas & Monterey Bay hand delivery charges range from $5.00 to $10.00. Our local deliveries include Salinas, Marina, Seaside, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, Carmel Valley and Pebble Beach.
 
Alcohol Shipping Policy
Due to interstate alcohol laws, gift baskets containing wine or alcoholic beverages may be de­livered only to the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. If the state you are shipping to is not listed above, the alcohol can be substituted with a non-alcohol sparkling grape beverage or cider. All states require safeguards against alcohol getting into the hands of minors, and here at Grapes 'n' Grain, we do not take this law lightly.  Baskets containing alcohol may only be delivered to persons 21 years of age or older.
 
Delivery Information

When placing an order, please make sure to include as much information as possible. Incorrect shipping information may result in your gift not being delivered on the designated day. Any cost of reshipping, due to incorrect address information is the sender's responsibility. To avoid extra UPS charges to change incorrect delivery address, please double check all shipping information carefully, especially zip code information.

We must have a Street Address (No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses) for delivery.
 
Business Deliveries
Grapes 'n' Grain makes all efforts to see that gifts are delivered on schedule, but please be aware if you are sending a gift to a business that UPS may deliver the product to a shipping and receiving department. For deliveries to a business, please include: recipients name, company name, address, suite numbers, and any information that will help insure prompt delivery.
 
Most Orders Shipped Within 24 Hours
Depending on the size of the order, most orders for listed baskets, placed prior to 12PM (PST) are shipped or delivered (Salinas & sur­rounding areas) the same day. Orders placed after 12PM (PST) are shipped or delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM (PST) on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Orders received on Weekends or Holiday will be shipped next business day. We strive to ship and deliver every order as stated in our terms, but there are times when circumstances beyond our control make this impossible.
 
Shipping

Once your order is received, we will call to confirm order and shipping cost. We ship from Salinas, Ca. by UPS Ground and arrival times vary.  If you need your basket to arrive sooner, all UPS options are available 

For UPS Ground Shipments Please Allow Approximately:
5-6 Business Days to the East Coast
3-4 Business Days to the Midwest
1-3 Business Days to the West Coast
(Pick up day not included as a transit day)
